⏰ Order Timing

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order at least 15 days prior to your event. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, and this timeline helps ensure your items arrive when needed.

📸 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to assist. Please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged product. Upon verification, we will offer you the option of:

  • A free replacement (delivery charges to be borne by the customer), or

  • A refund (delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted).

💬 Partial Damage on Multi-Item Orders

If one or more items in a multiple-item order arrive damaged, please contact us on WhatsApp with supporting images. As a gesture of goodwill, we will offer a 20% discount on your next purchase to compensate for the inconvenience.
